Abstract
The main question of this research is: “Do employees have an influence on the mobile telecommunications companies’ turnover?” Thus, this paper focuses on the important influence of the employees on the company's turnover, taking as example the Orange Romania Company. Correlation and regression functions are used to validate/invalidate the proposed hypotheses. However, the influence that the employees may have on the turnover of the mobile telecommunications companies can be explained by the concept of the marketing culture as an important part of the organizational culture. The results show the importance of marketing culture and human resources for the growth of an organization. However, the results indicate one correlation between the following dimensions: turnover and employees (sig.< 0.05). Further on, the number of employees has a positive influence the turnover of the company, according to the regression function values
